Mirela Ungureanu, MD

Dr. Mirela Ungureanu, a native of Romania, graduated in 1996 from the Gr. T. Popa University of Medicine and Pharmacy. In 2002, she completed her residency in Otolaryngology at the University Hospital in Iasi, Romania. In 2002, Dr. Ungureanu came to the United States to study Public Health at the University of Kentucky, where she earned a Masters in Public Health in 2005. In 2009, she completed a second residency in Family Medicine at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria, Illinois.

Dr. Ungureanu resides in Greenwood, Indiana where she likes to spend time with her husband and daughter as well as some of her extended family who live in the Indianapolis area. Dr. Ungureanu is Board Certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine.
