Hannah Rollett, BA, CCHW

Hannah received her Bachelor of Arts from Franklin College in 2019 and her certification as a Community Health Worker in the fall of 2022. She works closely with patients at risk of contracting HIV through prevention counseling, including referrals to the WindRose PrEP program. This program offers a patient-centered care approach with medication that can greatly reduce the risk of contracting HIV. When taken consistently, PrEP has been shown to be up to 99% effective in preventing HIV transmission.

Hannah resides in Franklin with her daughter. She enjoys volunteering at her church and spending time with family and friends.
